AIFC Court and International Arbitration

  • Represented a Kazakh shareholder in the largest corporate dispute in the history of the AIFC Court, arising out of the violation of rights in the acquisition of an oil asset valued at USD 330 million
  • Secured interim measures in Kazakhstan in support of SIAC arbitration, including the attachment of assets of a foreign company
  • Represented a client in AIFC arbitration in a dispute concerning shareholding rights in a company valued at over USD 70 million
